That seems to be the date of the first published version. At that level, I believe rawDate contains the date of the latest published version.

@tidoust Actually, the problem is that the rawDate here relates to the specific version of the spec - 2.0.1, which indeed is from 2013 - sorry for mistakenly committing your suggestion which I now see as incorrect.

Well, 2.0.1 used to be in the title, but you dropped it as well, which seems actually good to me, especially since you also listed published versions underneath. And the entry now means "Latest version of DCAT Application Profile for data portals in Europe" for me. Wasn't that what you had in mind?
